2009 IS OFFICIALLY HERE!!! What a way to start the New Year. Both my child and I are sick with a cold and cough. I know that many moms have a hard time with their kids when their sick. But luckily for me my daughter is doing well. She has  at least been able to sleep through the night. ( for the first time being sick) She keeps on playing around which is great, that makes me know shes not feeling too bad, but I just hate to see her sick.

I don’t know if any of you out there have heard about putting on a thick coat of Vick’s on the child’s feet. Then covering them with socks. I’ve heard that’s a great remedy for a child’s cough. Has anyone tried this??   I might just give it a try no harm in doing it I guess.
