Work from Home Customer Service Jobs

Here is a list of companies that hire people from home to do customer service/call center type of jobs. Always check the company website for any job opportunities, since some of these companies don’t hire on a regular basis, but most do. If you have experience or like this type of work, you will more than likely find something here.
Alpine Access - You would work for them as an employee. They pay per hour not per minutes on calls. They pay is about $9 and hour, but could be higher. They pay every two weeks. Get paid by check or direct deposit. Paid training. After working for three months , working an average of 20 hours per week , you will be eligible for their voluntary benefit program which gives great rates on medical, dental and vision insurance for you and your family. For qualified employees, they also offer a matching 401(k) plan.
ARO - ARO hires in all the US. They hire customer service reps. You will be answering inbound and outbound calls. To qualify for this position you must have extensive customer service background and skills. They have paid training at same rate as job wage. Training can last up to 8 hours depending on job assigned to you. You will be hired as an employee.
Arise - You would be an Independent Contractor. they handle customer service, sales and tech support. Pay ranges from $10-$14 an hour. Background check required.
Customer Loyalty Concepts - The calls you make for CLC are customer service related. You will be contacting existing newspaper subscribers. There is no cold calling. You will be hired as an employee. Starting pay is $8. Paid training is also $8. They require a minimum of 15 hours a week. They pay every other week through check, direct deposit after 90 days of employment.
ACD Direct - You would be an Independent Contractor. You have to be 18 years and older to apply for this job, since they do require a background check. They do both inbound and outbound calls.
Cloud 10 - You would be an employee, Paid training. They handle inbound customer service calls. Pay is from $8 -$12 per hour. Usually based on experience. They pay every two weeks through direct deposit. They don’t currently offer benefits.
Auralog - You must live in the following states, Georgia, Pennsylvania, Maryland, Virginia, North Carolina, New Hampshire, and Arizona.You will be in charge of supporting Auralog ’s customers concerning all the questions they may have on Auralog ’s tools, their training programme, their English Language Learning and on any technical problems they may encountered. This support will be provided through a Text Chat tool. Pay is around $7 to $9 per hour.
Channel Blend - They handle outbound customer service calls. You would be an employee. Paid training. Pay is $9 per hour. They are currently only accepting applications for Idaho residents.
Convergy’s - You would be hired as an employee and are be eligible for all applicable benefits on your first day of employment. Pay is based on experience. Paid training. Work part time or full time, from 16 -40 hours a week. They pay every two weeks. Convergys is currently filling Home Agent positions in the following states: Alabama, Florida, Georgia, Idaho, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Kentucky, Louisiana, Mississippi, Nebraska, North Dakota, Oklahoma, Ohio, South Carolina, South Dakota, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, and Wyoming.
